What is Crithit?
Crithit is a fantasy art RPG created by Damien / Evan Ghost
What is an art rpg?
An art RPG is a game where you make your own character(s), draw or write about your characters or others (if they allow), earn currency for MYO slots\items\ pets\more, and participate in events!
What is a MYO?
An MYO means make your own. There are different rarities of MYO that will determine what traits your character will have. The rarities go common, uncommon, rare, supernatural, mythical, otherworldly.
What about traits?
Traits include ear type, head type, horns, wings, and more. They are what you use to build your character! If you have a common MYO you can only use common traits. If you have a rare MYO you can use traits from common to rare.
What can I do?
Enjoy the community! If you want to just vibe in the discord that is wonderful! If you want to play and participate on the website that's also wonderful! On site you can do prompts that will earn you rewards like shards (currency), event items or currency, or other neat things!
Can I post my art/writing places?
YES!!! And I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE IT! Feel free to post your art to your socials. Use a hashtag like crithit so that people can see your and others crithit related art!
What kind of characters can I make?
Currently there are 2 species you can make. Dicers and Masklets. Both are elemental creatures but Dicers have a die somewhere on their bodies (think crystal gems from Steven Universe). More species are to come as the world expands.
Masklets
Masklets have a see-through membrane on their paw pads, stomachs, around their eyes, nose, and in their ears revealing a slime, magic, or space like substance. This substance can be opaque where you don't see bones or translucent where you can see the bones within. Masklets celebrate individuality by creating masks or having masks be made to represent themselves. Think of it like wearing a graphic tee shirt of your favorite band or show. masks can be adorned with almost anything.
Masklets come from the isle of Moondrop off the cost of the mainland. If a Masklet is seeking adventure they will travel to the mainland to the Kingdom of Keydice.
Dicers
Dicers are spirits who inhabit a die. They take form around the die and use the die as its source of magic. (Similar to Crystal Gems from Steven Universe.) a die has to be somewhere on the body. it can be hidden by an outfit but it needs to be somewhere. A dicer can inhabit a D4 - D20. no matter the shape of the die it will roll a 20 as the highest magic attack power.
